4 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp Dijon mustard
¼ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp black pepper
4 salmon steak



  1. Whisk together the olive oil, mustard, ginger, garlic, cayenne and black pepper in a bowl.  
  2. Pour into a resealable plastic bag and add the salmon steaks. 
  3. Coat the salmon steaks with the marinade and seal the bag. Leave in the fridge for about 1 hour. 
  4. Remove the salmon from the bag and cook on your Firepod lava stone for about 5 – 6 minutes on each side.
