3 tbs olive oil
2 cloves garlic crushed
16 tbs tomato ketchup
4 tbs cold water
4 tbs apple cider vinegar
4 tbs brown sugar
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp chilli powder 


  1. Heat the oil in a small saucepan. 
  2. Add the garlic and cook until softened. 
  3. Add all the remaining ingredients and cook for 5 minutes. 
  4. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes until thickened. 
  5. Baste the sauce onto your chosen meat or use as a dip.
