3 tbs olive oil
2 cloves garlic crushed
16 tbs tomato ketchup
4 tbs cold water
4 tbs apple cider vinegar
4 tbs brown sugar
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp chilli powder
- Heat the oil in a small saucepan.
- Add the garlic and cook until softened.
- Add all the remaining ingredients and cook for 5 minutes.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes until thickened.
- Baste the sauce onto your chosen meat or use as a dip.
